Hey all !! Thanks for visiting my site. This has been a long journey to get to the point of having a direct booking site. Alot of people ask how I started or how I got where I am. Honestly, lots of hard work and mess-ups. I truly have learned alot from my mistakes along the way. I entered this arena truly by jumping in head first with my first rental property turning it from a long term rental to a short term rental WITH SUCCESS.. until the HOA got involved.

Mistake #1: Don't mess with HOA's they usually are not Short Term Rental friendly.
